Job summary

Five Below is seeking an enthusiastic store-based leader to ensure top-notch customer service and smooth daily operations in Overland, MO. You will train crew, supervise associates, and help manage stock and store procedures to boost sales.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and safety, while supporting onboarding and ongoing staff development in a fast-paced, value-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowing customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves organized.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and staffing.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Onboard and train associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Coordinate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery initiatives.
• Perform routine store maintenance.
