Job summary

As Manager on Duty and a member of the leadership team, you will supervise associates, manage opening/closing tasks, and ensure merchandising, promotions, and inventory controls are executed to company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Sets up and maintains store displays with accurate signage and promotions.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash, doors, and alarms.
• Acts as Manager on Duty handling store operations and staff issues.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and customer service.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Executes market plan with product placement and signage per guidelines.
• Ensures Inventory Integrity process is followed.
