Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership teammate in Ocala, FL to serve as Manager on Duty and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise associates, support daily operations, and ensure efficient cash handling and security.

You will open/close the store, lead by example, and partner with the leadership team to boost sales through strong merchandising and service. Flexible scheduling is required.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with friendly, personal service and trains crew on BEST customer service.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep sales floor replenished.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for operations and staff as needed.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, and maintain security procedures.
