Job summary

Five Below is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Crew Manager to lead store operations, train associates, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will supervise daily activities, assist with stocking and merchandising, and step in as Manager on Duty when needed.

The role emphasizes communication, multitasking, and maintaining composure under pressure, with responsibilities for opening/closing, cash handling, and teamwork with leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred college experience.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew delivers WOW customer service and trains on the BEST experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising.
• Open or close the store, handle cash, and secure alarms.
• Lead onboarding and training of associates and support sales.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and operations.
