Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities ensuring staff perform duties and deliver great service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
