The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader in Mount Pleasant, SC. This role combines sales, merchandising, and operational duties while partnering with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales and recruit new teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and deliver legendary service.
• Lead by example with sales leadership and coaching for teammates.
• Recruit and train new teammates to meet store goals and standards.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and product placement across the floor.
• Maintain store standards and ensure smooth operations across POS and backroom areas.
• Provide feedback to management and uphold Buckle policies and procedures.
• Support leadership in daily responsibilities and special projects.
