Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee store operations and guest experience in Winston-Salem. You will lead onboarding, staff scheduling, and daily tasks to ensure smooth execution of promotions and inventory control.

Responsibilities include training teammates, managing POS systems, and collaborating with management to uphold Buckle’s policies and loss prevention standards. Occasional travel to nearby stores may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related retail experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to travel to other stores as needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill the store's mission by delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a neat, organized work area.
• Lead onboarding and selection activities, manage interviews, and monitor hiring dashboards daily.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, organize fixtures, and oversee shipments and returns.
• Provide guidance to Teammates on promotions, signage, and loss prevention procedures.
• Communicate policy changes and store performance feedback to management and HR.
• Travel to other stores within the district as business needs require.
