Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Management Intern in Mount Pleasant, SC to support guest service, merchandising, and daily store operations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to learn how Buckle’s retail business functions and how to excel in a management trajectory. You will assist with sales, client relationships, and merchandise presentation while gaining exposure to leadership responsibilities and team development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; interest in retail and leadership roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage guests.
• Willingness to learn Buckle’s sales processes and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and store presentation.
• Operate registers, process transactions, and follow checkout procedures.
• Support store management in daily operations and Loss Prevention practices.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and leadership development activities.
