Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers through personal contact and train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Act as Manager on Duty and take responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms for smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and routines.
• Perform store maintenance such as cleaning and restocking as needed.
