Job summary

Five Below is hiring a store supervisor to lead a team and ensure a WOW customer experience in our fast-paced retail environment.

Starting at $11.50 per hour, the role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

You will oversee daily store operations, assist with stock, training, scheduling, and collaborate with leadership to drive sales while upholding Five Below values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly checkout.
• Helps oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform well and provide excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for operations, staff, and customer service.
• Manages opening/closing of store, securing cash, doors, alarms, and daily setup.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates, improving policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
