Job summary

Five Below is looking for a motivated leader to help deliver an exceptional customer experience in our Gainesville store. You will guide crew members, uphold service standards, and help manage day-to-day store operations.

The role involves supervising staff, assisting with stock and merchandising, and executing opening and closing procedures. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of management experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and train crew on standards.
• Oversee daily store activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready for customers.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and issues as needed.
• Open/close store procedures including cash handling and security.
