Responsibilities

• Provide WOW customer service and supervise crew.
• Train crew on BEST customer service and checkout experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking; merchandising on the floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty; manage store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store; secure cash and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform general store maintenance.
