Job summary

Five Below in Ocala, FL is seeking an energetic crew supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver the highest level of customer service. You will manage associates, assist with stock and merchandising, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures.

This role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills. The position is hourly, with responsibilities including training staff, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store culture aligned with Five Below values.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staffing, and issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance tasks including cleaning and stockroom upkeep.
