Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding in Dublin, OH seeks an Assistant Manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences across all shifts. You will lead shifts, supervise associates, manage store operations, and ensure compliance with policies and laws, including alcohol and tobacco sales.

You will coach staff, handle opening/closing duties, operate the POS and gas console, stock the dip side menu, and maintain store conditions to guarantee a safe, friendly environment that invites guests to return.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Experience supervising a team in retail/food service.
• Able to work full-time including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates; supervise duties and conduct interviews.
• Oversee store administration: ordering, reports, transfers, paperwork.
• Deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Prepare DipSide items and manage food & beverage service.
• Operate POS and gas console; handle transactions and cash.
• Stock shelves, maintain display, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Maintain security, monitor cash and follow loss-prevention procedures.
• Keep store clean, safe, and well-maintained; monitor equipment temps.
• Complete time records and required documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
