Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates and coach for The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Handle store administration tasks and ensure paperwork accuracy.
• Maintain guest service standards and store conditions.
• Oversee dipside, shakes, cones, and related preparations.
• Ensure proper cash handling, gas sales and register transactions.
• Maintain stock levels and product rotation.
• Monitor store safety and cleanliness.
• Accurate timekeeping and reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
