Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily guest experiences and supervise store associates in our Georgetown, OH location. You will coach Shift Leaders, handle cash operations, and ensure compliance with alcohol and tobacco sales requirements where applicable.

You will also manage inventory, store maintenance, and overall operations to meet company standards. The role requires strong English communication, reliable leadership, and the ability to work a 37-40 hour schedule

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage and coach store associates.
• Experience handling cash transactions and POS operations.
• Ability to maintain store conditions and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency with gas/convenience store equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates and coach for The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Oversee store administration and paperwork as directed.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and maintain clean, welcoming environment.
• Prepare DipSide items and handle product prep.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions and make change.
