Five Below Inc. is seeking an experienced store leadership professional in Bradley, IL to oversee daily store operations and lead crew members. You will train staff, ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience, and maintain high customer service standards.

The role requires 1+ year of management experience, strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail environment. Evening/weekend shifts and travel may be required.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by improving merchandising and staff performance.
