Job summary

Five Below in Silvis, IL is seeking a capable leader to support store operations as a supervisory team member. You will train crew, oversee daily activities, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for guests.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily store activities, supervising associates and maintaining customer service standards.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking; supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff matters.
• Manages opening/closing duties, cash handling, alarms and daily operations.
• Drives sales and controls costs by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
