Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an Operations Assistant to support Interior Designers and store operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and adherence to company standards. You will work with Studio staff to drive sales and coordinate with operations to maintain all procedures.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, hour tracking, responding to communications, and assisting guests while maintaining product knowledge and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional guest experiences and support to Interior Designers.
• Record hours accurately and manage daily opening/closing duties.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform all opening and closing duties as directed.
• Record all hours worked.
• Review and act upon email and MAPP communications.
• Reinforce and drive guest experience at every touch point.
• Assist customers in the studio when Interior Designers are unavailable.
• Drive a guest-focused atmosphere and highest service level.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Maintain operational and reporting standards.
• Promptly solve guest concerns.
• Follow up with guests before and after sale/delivery.
• Encourage and support Interior Designers and other Assistants.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and lead reviews.
• Partner with Visual Manager on merchandising aspects.
