Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an Operations Assistant to support Interior Designers and maintain store operations. You will help drive sales, ensure an exceptional guest experience, and collaborate with Studio staff to uphold standards across the business.

You will handle opening/closing duties, hours tracking, merchandising coordination, and customer service, while maintaining product knowledge and reporting accuracy. Equity and brand representation are emphasized in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform all opening and closing duties as directed
• Record all hours worked
• Review and act upon all email and MAPP communications
• Reinforce and drive an exceptional guest experience at every touch point
• Assist customers in the studio when Interior Designers are not available
• Drive a guest-focused atmosphere and ensure the highest level of service
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge
• Maintain operational and reporting standards
• Resolve guest concerns promptly
• Follow up with guests before/after sale and at delivery
• Support Interior Designers and other Operations Assistants
• Participate in weekly one-on-ones and team meetings
• Coordinate with Visual Manager and other Operations Assistants on merchandising and inventory control
• Maintain up-to-date product and systems knowledge
• Review orders for accuracy and compliance with standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain tagging standards and assist with tagging procedures
• Participate in weekly team meetings and weekly lead reviews
