Arhaus is seeking an Operations Assistant to support Interior Designers and oversee store-level operations. You will partner with Studio staff to drive sales, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain operational standards across daily tasks and communications.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork with Designers and other assistants to meet business objectives and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Open and close duties as directed.
• Record hours worked.
• Review and act upon email and MAPP communications.
• Provide exceptional guest experience at every touch point.
• Assist customers in studio when Interior Designers are not available.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge.
• Maintain operational and reporting standards.
• Solve guest concerns promptly.
• Follow up with guests before/after sale and at delivery.
• Support Interior Designers and other Operations Assistants.

• Perform all opening and closing duties as directed.

• Drive guest-focused service using the selling model.

• Maintain tagging and inventory procedures.
• Coordinate with Visual Manager on merchandising and reporting.
• Schedule client in-home design appointments.
