Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in management and retail operations.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in big box retail.
• Preferred merchandising/operational experience and knowledge of the home improvement industry.

• Coach associates, manage performance, and conduct daily safety and SOP audits.
