Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer service leadership on the sales floor, ensuring service standards and SLA adherence.
• Assist with talent acquisition, staffing coverage, and performance coaching; maintain ongoing training.
• Ensure safety by following hazmat procedures, SOPs, and safety training; enforce PPE and safe lifting practices.
• Lead Opening/Closing operations, communicate priorities, run team kickoff meetings, and verify daily readiness.
