Job summary

Home Depot in the United States seeks an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team, oversee receiving, picking, staging, and ensure SLA adherence. You will coach associates, participate in talent planning, assist with recruitment, manage daily walkthroughs, enforce SOPs, and support merchandising and opening/closing operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 18+ years old, eligible to work in the United States, ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• Preferred Qualifications: at least 1 year leadership experience and knowledge of home improvement retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Fulfillment team and execute store standards for customer service, department readiness, and operational processes.
• Perform MOD duties with adherence to SOPs, partner with Store Manager/ASM, and ensure safety and training compliance.
• Coach associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service; participate in talent planning and recruitment input.
• Direct D93 Receiving and D94 Order Fulfillment workflows to meet SLAs; conduct daily safety and SOP checks; support merchandising and daily opening/closing tasks.
