Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team, coach associates, and ensure compliance with SOPs across receiving and fulfillment. You will drive safety, performance, and customer service on the sales floor, while performing MOD duties and supporting talent development.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, training, safety audits, and daily walkthroughs to uphold standards and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Fulfillment team to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged within SLAs.
• Coach and train associates on safety, SOPs, and customer service while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Perform opening/closing duties, balance registers, and communicate priorities with store leadership.
• Recruitment input and staffing oversight to ensure department coverage.
