Job summary

The Home Depot in Panama City Beach is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment teams and drive service, safety, and store readiness. You will coach associates, model proper techniques, and ensure SOP adherence across inbound freight, receiving, and merchandising processes.

As MOD on duty, you will open/close the store following SOPs, balance registers, and communicate daily priorities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Champion the GET culture by working alongside the team to model proper techniques and providing real-time coaching on the sales floor.
• Assist with recruitment and interviews; monitor department staffing to address immediate coverage gaps and manage attendance variances.
• Ensure hazmat procedures, SOPs, and Safety Matters guidelines are followed; intervene to correct unsafe behaviors and verify safety checklists.
• Perform Opening/Closing duties, lead store kickoff meetings, and coordinate daily priorities with SOP-compliant operations.
