Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager to lead the Order Fulfillment team, drive service standards, and ensure receiving, picking, staging, and loading meet SOPs and SLAs on the floor.

You will coach and train associates, participate in talent planning, uphold safety programs, and perform MOD duties for opening and closing the store. You’ll champion company policies and ensure a safe, customer-focused shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service/Experience: coach on sales floor, model techniques, ensure service excellence
• Fulfillment Operations: direct Receiving and Order Fulfillment to meet SLAs; QA to prevent issues
• Conflict Resolution & Recognition: resolve customer concerns promptly and recognize great service behaviors
• Safety: enforce hazmat SOPs, PPE, and maintain safe aisles
• Opening/Closing Operations: balance registers, conduct kickoff meetings, ensure readiness and daily priorities
