The Home Depot in Florida is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team. You will oversee the Order Fulfillment team and drive service standards, pick, staging, and loading to meet SLAs while auditing inbound freight and ensuring SOP compliance.

You will coach and develop associates, participate in talent acquisition, staffing and training, and manage performance feedback.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of the home improvement industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead D93 Receiving and D94 Order Fulfillment workflows to ensure SLA-compliant order processing.
• Coach and train associates on safety, policies, and customer service.
• Open and close store operations and coordinate daily priorities.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to verify safety, SOP adherence, and equipment checks.
