Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team on the store floor, ensuring best practices in picking, staging, and loading. You will drive operational excellence through inbound freight and receiving SOPs, while implementing shrink action plans and coaching associates on safety and service standards.

As part of the store leadership team, you will provide input on associate performance, talent planning, and selection, and you will execute

Responsibilities

• Customer Service / Experience: model Get culture and coach on the sales floor; manage order fulfillment to meet SLAs; audit orders for accuracy and quality.
• People: assist with recruitment, monitor staffing, ensure training completion and provide performance feedback.
• Safety: enforce hazmat SOPs, ensure safety trainings, correct unsafe practices and maintain PPE use.
• Shared Manager on Duty: lead opening/closing, balance registers, ensure daily priorities and safety checks.
