Job summary

The Home Depot is looking for an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team on the sales floor. You will drive customer service excellence, ensure SOPs are followed, and manage inbound freight, receiving audits, and shrink action plans.

As MOD, you will open/close the store per SOPs, partner with the Store Manager and ASMs, and coach associates to meet safety and performance standards while maintaining a high-energy, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Fulfillment team to ensure orders are picked, staged, and loaded within SLAs.
• Coach and train associates on safety, policy, and customer service.
• Perform MOD functions and open/close procedures per SOPs.
• Implement Shrink Action Plans and audit inbound freight processes.
