Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Order Fulfillment and inbound freight workflows to meet SLAs and ensure accurate picking, staging, and loading.
• Coach and train associates on safety, SOPs, and customer service while maintaining store standards.
• Assist with recruitment, staffing, and performance management to support store leadership goals.
• Perform MOD duties, opening/closing processes, and daily operational checklists with adherence to SOPs.
