Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team, drive service excellence, and uphold store SOPs. You will coach staff, manage floor readiness, and participate in MOD duties to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will oversee inbound freight, audits, and training, fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service/Experience: lead, coach, and ensure order fulfillment while meeting SLAs and quality standards.
• People: assist with recruitment, training, and performance management of staff; ensure coverage and engagement.
• Safety: enforce hazmat procedures and SOPs; ensure PPE use and safe operations.
• Shared Manager on Duty: lead opening/closing duties, coordinate daily priorities, and ensure store readiness.
