Job summary

The Home Depot in Indiana is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team, directing the Order Fulfillment and Receiving workflows to ensure accurate, timely customer service and store readiness.

The role focuses on coaching associates on SOPs, safety, and performance, while leading MOD duties, shrink action plans, and daily operations to drive service excellence and operational reliability across D93/D94 processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 2+ years of previous related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead D93 Receiving and D94 Order Fulfillment workflows to meet SLAs.
• Coach and train associates on safety, SOPs, and customer service.
• Direct MOD responsibilities with opening/closing and security SOPs.
• Support talent acquisition, staffing, and performance management.
