Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team in Minnesota. You will lead the Order Fulfillment and Receiving workflows, coach associates, and drive safety and service standards across the store.

You will perform MOD duties, balance daily priorities, and ensure franchise SOPs are followed, while contributing to talent development and performance management. This is a fulltime, on-site role with no travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience including people management and retail operations.
• Experience in merchandising and/or operational leadership is preferred.
• Strong commitment to customer service, safety procedures, and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead D93 Receiving and D94 Order Fulfillment workflows to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged within SLAs.
• Coach and train associates on safety, policies, and customer service; perform performance observations and documentation.
• Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) duties with adherence to SOPs, handling opening/closing, and coordinating with Store Manager/ASMs.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to validate safety, RTV/ZMA audits, inbound freight prep, and department readiness.
