Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a multi-unit retail setting.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and asset protection.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and maintain smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations execution and receiving SOPs.
• Manage the receiving process, including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD), modeling leadership for customers and associates.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
