Job summary

Burlington in Riverside, OH is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead the store's Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee daily operations, and mentor staff. You will drive policy adherence, protect assets, and coordinate with receiving and inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coaching, and a flexible schedule, with responsibilities including staffing, training and cross-functional collaboration with District and Regional teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in a multi-unit retail organization.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring compliance with policies and protecting company assets.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to ensure smooth customer flow at registers.
• Oversee operations and receiving SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership to drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
