Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leader to join our Cranberry Township team. You will supervise crew, train on the BEST customer service experience, and help ensure a fast, friendly checkout.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 1 year of management, and strong communication. You will open/close the store, manage cash and alarms, and collaborate with the leadership team to drive sales while controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wow customers through personal contact and training on the BEST customer service experience
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance and service
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick floor placement
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and service improvements
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks
