Job summary

Five Below in Cranberry Township is seeking an energetic store leadership partner to act as Manager on Duty and oversee daily operations. You will lead the crew, ensure fast, friendly checkout, and drive sales while controlling expenses.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, supervising associates, training new team members, and maintaining merchandise flow. Flexible schedules and a focus on customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with friendly checkout and service.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of merchandise.
