Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager and corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and perform outbound customer sales and courtesy calls.
• Handle cash: count, manage drawer, deposits, and cash handling tasks per policy.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Complete compliance trainings and adhere to federal/state regulations and policies.
