Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to serve as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store. You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence while upholding our company values.

Key duties include educating customers on products, handling cash, processing transactions, and maintaining compliance. Travel to stores within the district may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager or district leadership when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle and count currency, manage a cash drawer, and ensure accurate deposits.
• Balance daily receipts and resolve any over/short discrepancies.
