Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to act as a front-line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store.

You will ensure outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence while supporting daily store operations. The role involves educating customers on the full product portfolio, handling cash, performing transactions, and maintaining accuracy in daily reconciliations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district director if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle currency and cash transactions, maintain cash drawer, and process deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information and ensure accuracy.
• Process transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) per company policy.
