Responsibilities include educating customers on product options, handling cash with accuracy, and ensuring service excellence across store operations while maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience with sales, customer service and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options and services meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager or district/corporate as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and perform outbound customer sales and courtesy calls.
• Respond professionally to customers to ensure they feel supported and valued.
• Handle currency, cash, and coins, manage a cash drawer, and process deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications and process transactions per policy, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
