Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year(s) of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager and corporate office when necessary.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Handle currency and cash deposits; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete customer verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
