Job summary

You will oversee daily transactions, assist customers with loan and cash services, ensure adherence to policies, and support a constructive work environment across the district’s stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store management or corporate as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound sales and cash handling in compliance with regulations.
• Process transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies at end of day.
