Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inform customers about products and services and present options to meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store leadership or corporate office when needed.
• Handle cash transactions, balance drawers, and prepare deposits.
• Respond to inquiries by phone or in person with professional, accurate information.
• Complete compliance training and adhere to federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Travel to stores within the district as required.
