CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage two key areas: customer service and property maintenance across the district. The role involves building relationships, showing units, processing payments, and ensuring a clean, safe facility.

You will perform daily site tasks, balance cash, and complete deposits, while working with a team to meet store metrics. Compensation starts at $19–$21 per hour with bonus opportunities and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions with a standout experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and deliver excellent service while building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
