Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district, combining customer service and property maintenance. You will develop relationships, meet sales goals, and handle leasing, payments, and daily tasks across locations in the district.

Qualifications

Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
Basic MS Office skills.
Ability to work Saturdays.
Driver’s license and vehicle access required.
Work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing POS, completing daily deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
Physical requirements include daily walks of the property, cleaning the units and store grounds, opening/closing storage doors (up to 50 lbs.).
