Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage two key areas across stores in your district: Customer Service and Property Maintenance. You will build relationships, help customers choose solutions, and ensure a clean, safe facility.

The role requires a positive, outgoing attitude, Saturdays availability, basic MS Office skills, and a valid driver's license with insurance. Hourly pay ranges from $19.28 to $21.08, with PTO, 401(k) match, and HSA benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle with valid driver's license and up-to-date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling merchandise, managing leasing, accepting payments via POS, and handling deposits.
• Maintaining the facility with cleaning, lighting, and general upkeep.
