Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district. You will deliver excellent customer service, rent storage units, process payments, and perform daily maintenance tasks to keep facilities clean and safe.

You will work primarily daytime hours with potential Sundays off in some locations, and you’ll contribute to sales goals while growing with a company that offers 401(k) matching and health benefits. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid license and insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and delivering standout service.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and make routine deposits.
