CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer relationships, rent units, and handle daily store tasks with a focus on service quality. This role involves operating within our district stores, performing POS transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays and possibly Sundays.
• Access to a vehicle, valid license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and identify self-storage needs to provide solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily tasks and unit showings.
• Rent storage units, manage POS payments, and handle deposits.
• Perform daily maintenance and ensure safety standards.
